The room was spacious and had its own bathroom 🛁. the location of this place was amazing, right in the middle of a bustling area next to shops, theaters, and more.

Loved Longview, the hotel was great in the middle of jackson. The location was marvellous, not far from Longview and stores and theatre. There was café Corner Bakery Cafe, that I found within 10 minutes' walk of the venue.

The rooms are extremely spacious and beautiful and the staff is amiable.

The rooms had great lighting and comfortable beds. It was the cleanest hotel I've stayed in, making me feel truly at ease. I will definitely choose this place for my relaxing getaways.

The check-in system seemed outdated and crazy slow, with a staff member not being present at the check-in desk for about 20 minutes.

The beds were comfy and the customer service was great. The hotel is clean and the staff was helpful. We had to book last minute and they accommodated us quickly.

I was initially disappointed when I reserved a room with a king size bed and a sofa bed but received a room with only a king bed. However, the bed itself turned out to be incredibly comfortable, which made up for the initial mix-up. The cleanliness and serenity of the room were also a big plus. The shower facilities were wonderful and relaxing after a long journey. I found the room itself to be a peaceful and comfortable haven.

It was a bit disappointing that there was no continental breakfast available during my stay, as I would have loved to enjoy a hot breakfast without having to leave the hotel. Additionally, the limited cable TV channels meant that there wasn't much to watch unless you had Netflix.
